華聯會英文事工的任務是應付目前和將來華人教會的英語堂。因此，我們的目的是使現有的英語領袖，明日的領袖，並維持他們的生命事奉。其中一個方法，是訓練華人教會英語領袖。

我們的目標是裝備，尋找和維持英文事工。除此之外，我們也有顧問幫助華人教會中英語事工的建立，成長與發展。

The SCCCA English ministry arm is the English task force of SCCCA whose mandate is to meet the present and future needs of English speaking congregation in the Chinese church. As such our purpose is to equip existing English leaders, find tomorrows leaders, and sustain them for life long ministry. One of the ways we do this is through our training days to serve emerging and existing English speaking leaders in the Chinese church.

Our focus is on equipping, finding and sustaining leaders in English ministry. That being said we do have consultancy available for English ministries in the Chinese church who want help in building, growing or developing their English ministries, which might involve youth ministry or english congregations.
